Heather Wiley is the proud owner of WEBBY Dance Company Annapolis. Heather began dancing at the age of 4. She was classically trained in ballet, tap, jazz and lyrical. In addition to taking classes at local studios, she also performed and competed with her high school’s dance company and dance team. In 2002, Heather earned her 90hr Childcare Certification and in 2005, she graduated from Anne Arundel Community College with a degree in Elementary Education. Heather has been teaching dance to children in Anne Arundel county for more than 21 years and has assisted in the production of many recitals and full-length ballets. Heather always dreamed of owning a children's mobile dance company and turned that dream into a reality, when she purchased the Annapolis franchise of WEBBY Dance Company, in January 2016. Heather is very passionate about her business and the opportunity to enrich the lives of the smallest dancers, gymnasts, and yogis in our community through creative movement!

Mika Royster started dancing at the age of 5 and continued to study ballet and modern dance itensively throughout her childhood. She is a graduate of The Carver Center For Arts and Technology where she majored in dance and went on to get her associates degree in dance from The Community College of Baltimore County. She has performed professionally in two local Maryland dance companies, and has been teaching dance to students ages 1- adult for over 20 years at several Baltimore area studio's and community organizations. She is currently enrolled in classes at UMBC to pursue a BA in dance along with an education certificate to enhance her career as a dance educator.

Naomi Haywood is a Maryland native and a lover of music and movement! She has her Bachelor’s Degree from Towson University in Early Childhood Education and her Master’s Degree in Early Childhood and Special Education. She’s lived in Nevada and Texas but recently bought a house in Maryland to stay close to family. Naomi has 20 years of experience working in childcare. She has taught dance to high school students in various Anne Arundel county schools through the art of color guard and marching band. She is passionate about creating safe spaces for others to learn and grow. She loves her family, pet dog Jasmine, and the great outdoors. Naomi is so excited to join the WEBBY Dance Annapolis Team to share her love of movement with her dancers and gymnasts!
